Tim Wallace - “Working with Air Ambulance is by far the most rewarding work that we undertake, and we work very closely with several HELIMED organisations throughout the UK. The key factor in being able to shoot true-to-life operational photography of their vital work is my CAA qualifications 'ticket’ so that I can go ‘online’ as part of the crew. This allows me to capture every aspect of their role as well as real-life on scene documentary work, that is always shot within the strict guidelines of patient privacy and confidentiality. This work is massively important to raise awareness of the air ambulance service, and much needed funding to support the lifesaving 24/7 role of these operations.”
